Therapy in Beverly Hills and Online Across CA
Anxiety and Depression
Helping high achievers struggling with the pressure to “do more” and “do better” to reconnect with themselves and find more joy in their day to day lives
Sometimes it feels nearly impossible to “keep it all together”
I work with people navigating a range of mood-related struggles, including
Racing thoughts, perfectionism, chronic worry, and paralyzing “what ifs” that just don’t seem to turn off
Stress and burnout characterized by exhaustion, irritability, and feeling constantly on edge or behind in work, relationships, and life overall. As a former management consultant, I work especially well with high-achieving professionals, particularly those in the tech and entertainment industries
Self-esteem and chronic self-doubt difficulties, fueled by harsh inner criticism and pressure to always do or be more, that make it difficult to trust your own decisions or worth
Life transitions and identity shifts, like navigating career changes, moves, breakups, role shifts, or seasons of uncertainty that leave you questioning who you are or what comes next
Hopelessness, numbness, fatigue, or a general loss of interest in things that used to feel important
Addiction-like behaviors with technology, porn, food, or other coping mechanisms that feel good in the moment, but feel hard to control despite having a negative impact on your mood, self-esteem, and relationships
When the pressure to excel leaves you feeling depleted or disconnected, therapy can help you break free from exhausting cycles, build habits that support your wellbeing, and move toward the life you want
Let’s help you move forward with renewed clarity and intention
In our work together, you can expect a thoughtful, individualized approach that will help you:
Build practical tools for near term relief
Drawing from evidence-based approaches like CBT, DBT, and mindfulness-based strategies, we will help you learn new ways to manage anxiety, low mood, and impulsive patterns in a practical, sustainable way.
Understand the patterns underneath
We won’t just focus on managing symptoms. We’ll look at the emotional, relational, and systemic layers that may be fueling your distress, giving you a compassionate space to process the roles you’ve had to play, the expectations you’ve internalized, and the ways your nervous system has learned to cope.
Work at the intersection of acceptance and change
This work isn’t about “fixing” you. It’s about us collaborating to help you deepen both your understanding of yourself and your skills in navigating relationships, work, and life. Led by deeper self-compassion, clients often find it easier to release unhelpful patterns, challenge beliefs and behaviors that no longer fit, and practice more aligned ways of living, working, and relating.

In time, yes!
At first, therapy may feel really difficult - it isn’t always fun to take a close look at the parts of our lives we aren’t proud of, or to look into some of our most painful moments. That said, building insight into your current patterns will give us a roadmap for your healing. We’ll identify strengths to build upon, give you space to explore and process difficult emotions, and equip you tools you create the changes you want in your life.

I draw from attachment-based and psychodynamic principles, Internal Family Systems (IFS) and parts work, DBT, and CBT, tailoring treatment to best meet your needs.

It depends - some people come to therapy for a quick tune up and may only want a few sessions, while for others it is a more long term process. In my work, I generally see that people are in therapy for about a year - clients often start to see improvements in 2-3 months, address deeper rooted issues in 6-9 months, and feel more confident, self-assured, and relationally grounded in 12+ months.
We’ll discuss at the beginning of treatment what your course of treatment may look like and we check in and reassess throughout the course of our work together.
