    Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)

I offer DBT programs for adults and teens who feel overwhelmed, reactive, or stuck in painful patterns.

Comprehensive DBT includes individual therapy, weekly skills group, phone coaching, and therapist consultation team support. Teen programs include parent skills coaching to support change in the full environment.

    Individual Therapy for Adults

I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, relationship and dating patterns, loneliness, family dynamics, life transitions, trauma, and Borderline Personality Disorder.

My approach is trauma-informed and integrative. I draw from DBT, attachment-based work, and mindfulness practices to help you understand the patterns that keep showing up and build the skills to respond differently.

Therapy for Teens and their Families

I provide therapy for teens navigating anxiety, depression, self-harm, social stress, low self-esteem, and family conflict.

I also offer DBT parent skills sessions and joint family work when needed. My goal is not just symptom reduction, but helping teens and parents feel more understood, less reactive, and more connected.

    Couples Therapy

I offer DBT-informed therapy for couples and relational systems where conflict feels intense, repetitive, or hard to resolve.

Together, we work on slowing reactive cycles, increasing validation, and building the skills needed for collaborative problem solving and deeper connection.

  • DBT Groups

Skills Groups: Weekly, structured classes where you learn and practice the core DBT skills: mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness. Teen groups include Walking the Middle Path skills for reducing power struggles and increasing understanding between teens and parents.

Graduate Group: Ongoing support for those who have completed DBT and want continued accountability and community in living skillfully.

    Individual DBT Skills Training

One-on-one skills sessions provide a structured space to learn DBT tools at your own pace. This format allows us to tailor the curriculum to your specific goals and patterns.

Often used by clients already in therapy, these sessions can be standalone or part of a comprehensive DBT program.
